"Wonderful hotel in the heart of Charleston's Historic District"

The location cannot be beat. The rooms were fantastic, the hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The HIlton app worked better at this property than at any other Hilton property. I am giving 5 stars. However, there are a couple things...I asked for housekeeping and it didn't come. And, the water was crazy. It would completely shut off during a shower or even when brushing my teeth. However, all in all, I would highly recommend!

What a lovely experience. The service was excellent, focused on our needs and accommodating to our many requests. The restaurant was wonderful and the bar service delightful and the atmosphere fun. The room was very clean and well appointed. Loved the style of the hotel with the beautiful artwork everywhere and itโ€™s a very convenient location.

"Anniversary Trip"

Hotel is perfectly located in central downtown and easy to walk everywhere within the historic city districts. Hotel itself is lovely, and has so much to offer , room was immaculate and the staff was just so friendly and accommodating, thanks for a great time
