Quite centrally located in relation to the railway station and the central old town, making walking an easy task.

I know smoke alarms, but was surprised when a gas alarm went off and didn’t know what the protocol was.

Appartamento ampio, recentemente ristrutturato e riccamente equipaggiato. La reception è vicina e ben organizzata. L'ubicazione è favorevole vicinissima al centro e alla stazione.

L'appartamento non è molto luminoso in sé perché le finestre sono piccole ed è al primo piano. L'illuminazione interna è comunque adeguata e supplisce a questo piccolo inconveniente. Il bagno è senza finestre. Al check out chiedono di buttare l'immondizia ma non danno istruzioni su dove portarla e come fare la raccolta differenziata.

The location was ok although quite noisy but ok when all the windows were shut. The space was large.

The apartment smelled damp like a wet carpet; many spots had molds like the floor of the bathroom and the ceilings; I took photos and sent it to the property management. In addition, randomly there was a sewage smell coming from under the fridge area. When I reported it to the management, they sent a plumber who came and put some draino into the drains (although the smell appeared not from the drains) and said he couldn't do anything else. The strong sewage smell was random during the day. We opened the windows to reduce the smell but the level of road noise was almost unbearable. The apartment was so damp/humid that the towels in the bathroom never dried. Also the heating rack to dry towels when turned on was dripping water on the bottom! The management replies were polite but also cliche and seemed pre-written type of answers basically of no help. In addition to these main issues, there was no coffee, no pepper, no kitchen towel. Provided towels were bare minimum.

The apartment was really lovely and modern. Kitchen facilities were great, the beds were comfortable. Having the washing machine was also great. Location was fab, a few minutes from the main square with lots of nice cafes and bars in the area. Having to collect the keys wasn't an issue, it was literally around the corner and the staff were great

We couldn't get the thermostat to work properly, so had to keep the windows open during the night as the apartment did get warm. It is a loud street so this didn't lend itself to the best sleep.
