Perfect downtown location. A grocery store right next to the building entrance where you can find anything. Everything is close. The best local restaurants are maximum 10 minutes away. Trainstation, regional bus stop, and local bus stops to everywhere are also close (3-5 minutes walk). Hosts were at service for any question and very helpful.

Perfect downtown location in this situation also means very, very noisy enviroment. Sounds like motorbikes and scooters are practicly racing at night. Traffic light is right next to the building which also does not help if you are a light sleeper. Seems like the weekdays are a bit better regarding the noise. There is nothing that host can do regarding this. All of the above means your windows will be shut most of the time, which in between of the seasons can be a problem. In our particular case, the centralized AC was turned off in the beginning of October, so it was very humid in the appartment. Also, the host either forgot to vacuum, or missed few spots as we found some remains of nail clippings.

The location is excellent. We arrived by bus and picked up the keys on the way to the apartment from a lock box. The check in is officially from 15h, but they we able to give us an early check in so we were in by 12:30h. The canal is a few minutes walk, everywhere in the center in up to a 15 minutes walk. The bus stop to Miramare is near. All in all a great location that let's you explore the city at your own pace and is close enough that you can return and have a midday break. At check out we just left the keys in the apartment and went home. All the info is done through whatsapp or booking, and they're quick to answer any questions.

Even though there was a coffee maker, there was no coffee in the apartment, they probably forgot to get some. If you're staying for a week you'll bring your own, however we missed it since we were there only a few days. Luckily, there is a coffee machine down the road with solid coffee so we were able to grab some there.

Fabulous apartment In excellent location. Spacious, stylish and with all the amenities and facilities you need for a very comfortable stay. Loved the sound system with CDs provided!

Check in was a hassle: knowing we arrived in Trieste very early, it could have been organised to make our apartment available a bit earlier than 3pm. Instead, we were left waiting well after 3pm with no proactive information re check in and ended up having the place cleaned and ready only at 4pm. Opportunity for better organising.
