Location!

The bed was very hard - two singles pushed together. Lack of clear communication - how to get to the pool? When are the hours? Can you use the hot tub? Etc

Great apartment. We liked the location, but we were with a car. Loved that they have hourses there and the kids had a ride around the area. They make wine nearby and were super kind to give us a bottle of their Rosso of Toscana. Loved the hospitality and got to meet the owners. I wish them all the best. They are doing a great job.

The place was really nice - a typical rustic villa but very beautifully decorated. It was really quiet and peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay there. The hosts were really nice and friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. Would definitely go back

Charming spacious rooms in a old house, very friendly staff who’s always at your disposal trying to accommodate every need. Amazing location and views, great value for money.

Rooms might need a bit of upgrade (mattress didn’t feel super comfortable), parking gate was open all time, the pool looks less glamorous than on the pictures

The place was located in a very quiet place, there were wineyards and olive trees around. Inside the apartment, you have all the equipment to cook etc. They organize some tours like horse riding and poney tour for children. There's a swimming pool small but clean. We liked our stay here. The girl did poney tour was very nice, she gave us good advise for restaurants.

It was impossible to find anyone. We never met with the owners. We communicated via phone all the time, which is a bit unexpected for this kind of place. My daughter did a poney tour. On their brochure it was written 10 euro but they asked 20 euro, no idea why.

Very lovely farm house

Liked the property but it would have been nice if there was essentials like salt, pepper and sugar in the kitchen and sone ice trays in the freezer.

The location was great. It was easy (with GPS or similar navigation tools) to drive about 7 minutes to the local train station and take the train to downtown Florence. The facilites offered horse riding and a spa, but we did not use them. The rooms were rustic and comfy.

The shower was so small that I (6 feet tall) had trouble bending down.
