La Capannaccia

It is a place in an idyllic location, away from all the hustle and bustle. Peaceful and beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Clean, spacious, and kitchen included for those who wish to cook. The taxi driver whom they arrange is nice and reasonable with price. Pool is accessible just outside the property.

It was difficult to get someone to open the door to the property and had to call the owners multiple times. Only Claudio responded. It is hard to travel without your own vehicle or pre-arranged taxi. We didn't mind the walks.

Very nice and calm location. Friendly and warm host. Appartement is very nice.

Wonderfully atmospheric property in a quiet country setting yet so handy to Florence.

Difficult to identify reception when checking in.

The location is amazing. Owners were friendly and accomodating.

There were some cobwebs here and there, but the areas of importance were very clean and reasy for us.

Very calm and lovely place. Authentic rooms felt very cosy. Not far from Florence but difficult to get there without a car. We drived to Nenni-Torregalli tram stop, left the car at a free parking lot and took the tram to the city centre very quick and convenient. Felt like a countryside space but only 35min away from Florence old city.

Everything was great!

Hosts were very friendly and provided us a lot of usufel information on how to get to the city and where to shop and eat. It’s a cozy place up on the hill. You can order some activities in neighbourhood. Kitchen is fully equipped (fridge,cutlery, pots and pans, gas stove and electrical oven, kettle) so we just shopped in a local supermarket and cooked at home. Spacious.

This agro-turismo villa is amazing. It's a family held business, they have their own wine, grappa and horses. The family is very friendly and help-ready. There's a possibility to use an outdoor jacuzzi for free. Beautiful villa and surroundings. They have a small shop where you can also buy their wine and other products, and people who stay at the villa have a very significant and pleasant discount!

The only thing that may have slightly bothered us, was the good audibility between the rooms/apartments. But it's heavily compensated by all the other pleasant experiences that you get!
