Geen koelkast, koffiezetapparaat of waterkoker, geen stoel om even te zitten. We kregen 1 handdoek en 2 wc rollen voor 4 dagen en dat noemt zich pension deze naam kan echt niet. Er is ook totaal geen service

Great location in the center of the city. Recently renovated, new bathroom, good AC. No noise at night with windows closed even though facing a busy square. Convenient self check-in and digital lock.

Very basic room. Didn't even had a hairdryer even though it is specified in the description. Tried contacting the support but it was a chatbot. All furniture though new is very flimsy and already falling apart.

It is clean and newly renovated. Location was also good, short distance to the beach and old town.

There is no stable supply of hot water in the shower. Bed is extremely unstable, quirks loudly even with the smallest movement. There is no soap to wash hands. For the price level >200 eur/night these problems should not happen.

Very new and modern room that was like in the photos. Also beautiful bathroom, and good bed and pillows. Aircondition could also be used for heating. Convenient location very close to Amara Euskotren train station. There were also some nice bars/restaurants and a grocery store on the street next to the hotel. Maybe 20 min walk to the old town, 15 min to the beach – if you stay long, maybe the ideal location is a little bit closer to that, but for short stays the location is perfect.

I was a bit confused when they started communicating via WhatsApp instead of Booking, because Booking warns about scam via WhatsApp etc., but it was ok and all communication was nice. I never saw the owner, but they seemed like a good and helpful person from the messages :) It is self check-in, and I am always a bit worried about that, but it worked fine (a bit complicated with three locks, but I figured it out).

Localização incrível e quarto espaçoso. O checkin foi super simples e rápido.

Deixaram uma toalha suja na casa de banho; apenas 1 rolo de papel higiénico para 5 dias; sem cortinas, o que dificulta bastante dormir até depois das 7h/8h; sem gel de banho ou shampo. Podia também existir a possibilidade de trocar toalhas.
