It didn't have a mini fridge or an iron to iron out wrinkles the wifi does not work no shampoo. This visit was a nightmare

Toilet had a cover that didn't fit the style and the bowl had not been cleaned. Tub/shower was filthy. There was loose change on the floor that told us it had not been vacuumed or else the change would not be there. Elevators were not functional so you had to use the stairs...which were filthy.

The staff was very nice and even though the hotel is older, it was clean and the room was comfortable.

Property is unkept. All the exterior furniture is worn out and falling apart. In the room the furniture was in good condition, but the room was musty. The drapes old. The door had a plastic pipe as "security" The place felt unsafe.

This was once a great hotel. It needs maintenance.

Breakfast was good

the facility was old and the rooms need to be renovated. The toilet was stained. The rooms facing you had to keep curtains closed the entire time to keep everyone in the pool are from looking directly into your room.

The location

i’ve been there before I was always on the first floor. This time I was on the second floor walked in the room the toilet full of black mold the place was dirty from getting on and off the elevator. I will not be coming back again.

The manager was nice

The walk up and exterior needs to be taken care of and the landscaping is horrible they could at least cut the grass. I received my key and the manager was nice BUT the first room he gave me the bathroom was disgusting and had gnats coming out of the sink and I mean a lot of them. The room smelled like a men's locker room so I told him no I need another room . Room 2 #211 was marked cleaned according to the manager. I went to the room and the beds were not made, the ironing board was down with beer cans on it and there was a vape by the TV so either someone was still using the room or the housekeeper did not clean the room.. #3 room was just as bad as #1 so I ended up leaving and staying at another hotel. I wouldn't let my enemy stay at that disgusting hotel.
