Air conditioner not working and elevator not working. TV only had limited channels. Never staying again

Run down and not clean

It wasn’t what the photos showed it to be. The property was a bit rundown and the lawn and landscaping unkept.

The air conditioner in our room did not work properly, also the toilet did not flush.

Room was not clean, trash on outside grounds. Over grown vegetation.

This was a nightmare from check-in to check-out. Customer service was horrid. No greeting or welcome at all. The rooms were horrific. Dirty, moldy and smelly. The bar was never open and the ice machines were all broken. The elevators were both broken, forcing us to lug our luggage up the stairs, which had cigarette butts and spider webs all over it. The outdoor area was unkempt and the grass was about 2 ft. tall. We thought it may have been closed upon arrival I picked up the phone to call the front desk and it didn't work either. The couple I was traveling with had NO microwave or refrigerator. Their AC was so loud it sounded like a jet engine. There were burn holes in my carpet and cellophane wrappers on the floor. The bathroom was filthy and the wallpaper in the hallway was peeling off and dirty. The marijuana smell was wafting down the hallway from God knows where. Upon check-out, we explained to Savannah (the clerk), the issues. She could have cared less. No apology....very uninterested. She promised to email us the invoice and we have yet to receive it 2 days later. To top everything off, we asked for a printed receipt and she promptly told us the printer didn't work (apparently it didn't work either ☺) We checked out a day early and were still charged the full rate for 3 days instead of 2. If this is Clarion's policy, it's horrible. I will never, ever stay in this filthy place again. I can't believe it passed a health and safety inspection.

Decent value for the price.

After I sprayed everything including the bed down with Lysol it was better..The room was hot but didnt take long to cool and being on the 2nd floor was alot better than being on the 1st.You only have 3 channels on the tv,the wifi didnt work,NEVER HAD ANY HOT WATER TO SHOWER(ALWAYS COLD)...Only thing good was the a/c worked good ,bed was comfortable and liked being on the 2nd floor..NEVER NEVER STAY ON THE 1ST FLOOR BUT THAT WAS THE LAST TIME WE WILL BE STAYING THERE ANYMORE....

The property was old and did not look like the pictures. There were bugs in our first room, so we had to move into another room. Overall, we did not have a great experience.

Would not stay there again.
