Clarion Inn Sheffield Muscle Shoals

Had to be moved from the first room because it had over 30 stink bugs in the window, which I know that is common for the time of the year in this area so they moved us to the other room and it had two in the windowsill which I killed those which was not a big issue the other issue was they didn’t even have ESPN or channels to watch the ball games and stuff on. I ended up having to watch the ball game on my phone. I was not very happy. I thought it was just cheap of the hotel not to have that kind of service. For the price, it was a good hotel

Very good location for where I was going. Convenient access. Lobby was nice. Breakfast adequate.

Oof.. I expected more from a Clarion. The front desk clerk had to be tracked down at check-in (no one at the desk for 5 min). He handed me the key, mumbled how to get to my room, and vanished. No info about breakfast or check-out hours. While the bed was comfortable, the rooms are dated and tired, and the carpeting is beyond depressing. (Rip that up and put in tile!) Room was stuffy if I didn't leave the AC on (AC unit looks about 30 years old). There's no ventilation in the bathroom, and there was a 1" bug on the wall by the door when I checked in. My bottom bed sheet was so worn it's tearing along the bottom side edge. I thought I was upgrading from Days Inn or Red Roof by staying here, but their rooms are cheaper and better.

Didn’t stay. Property was not as advertised. Nothing worked in room. Elevator was sketchy. Very run down and outdated. Desk attendant was pleasant but the property was terrible.

The room was clean ! The overall condition of the property was poor Unfortunately the walls in common areas were “grungy” with dirty handprints on corners throughout But again the room was immaculate They just need to work on presentation

Easy check-in, Friendly employees, clean place, nice breakfast.

Sad they stopped making the lemon water it was my favorite thing about the hotel
