Breakfast was ok . sausage patties looked like the were reheated many times the were hard not much to choice it was eggs or cold cereal l.

The front desk help is absolutely of no help ! I asked for a receipt at check out and was told NO ! that's what happens when you use a third party . MY first room given a check in was on the opposite side of the hotel . The room did not have working heat . the phone did not work it had one light bulb for one room . had to go to the desk and request another room . front desk made such a face like t was my fault the rooms not ready . got keys for a new room on the ground floor like I sdkrf for to begin with . The elevator to second floor was broke also had to climb stairs .

Rooms were big and clean, beds were comfortable, location was easy access. Breakfast was fair, had run out of a lot before we got there.

Could definetly need some updating and maintainence especially on the outside. The room we stayed in was on the back of the hotel and felt a little sketchy. There was a beat up car parked next to our room with a flat tire that had obviously been there a while, there was a lot of rust on the outside of room doors, heat/air unit worked well but had definitely seen better days. Plugs on lamps for phones did not work.

Clean, comfortable, and staff was quick to check in and inform me of breakfast options
