Great location.

Love this place. Great layout and wonderful staff. My only complaint is that they either don’t have enough elevators, some are out of service, or they are just too slow. Long waits at times and crowded.

Perfect location. Room was clean and service was perfect. I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in town.

Great place in the city. Hotel starts on the 15th floor. Breakfast buffet was $26 but good options, even vegan. There is a 24 market but it’s mostly small snacks and limited pastries, not really a place to grab something for a breakfast. No yogurt, etc. My room on floor 16 was great. My only complaint was the bathroom smelled really bad like smelly old socks the entire time. Didn’t see what was causing it. Everything else was great.

The room was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and dinner at the restaurant. We would return here again.

Ive been trying to get a hold of housekeeping since yesterday, we left a passport card and I'm trying to figure out how to retrieve it. I keft multiple messages and no one has returned my call. On a side note I would like to point out the outstanding service I received from Madeline in the 24 hour market, she was professional, attentive and friendly.

You have to take two different elevators to get above floor 15 and it was really annoying to have to do that. And then parking was $60+ a night . Pool was nicer than expected.

We usually stay here during Riot fest but the counter service was the worst. Alonso was rude, condescending and every time we had to run into him he wasnt helpful. Other than that, everyone else was kind and respectful. The girls at the coffee stand were amazing.

Interesting hotel with bar and dinning options. Great location and walking distance to riverwalk.
