After the first room was not cleaned they made sure to correct it by giving us another room

This hotel is a solid place to stay. It doesn’t have all the extra service supports you’d find at a Michigan Avenue luxury hotel but then again you won’t pay those prices either. It’s clean, convenient, located on the river- easy access to the River Walk. About a 1.2 mile walk to Michigan Avenue. Quiet, comfortable sleeping. Some rooms require a switch in elevators but elevators are fast.

First room we got was super dirty, smelling like mold, and the A/C was full of dust. We got changed to a second room with more decent conditions. It has carpet all over so be mindful about it if you have allergies. Pool area was clean and organized. A good place to stay close to everything. We took the CTA line from the airport directly to the area, walked few blocks to the hotel and the way back the same.

Fantastic views, super clean and wonderful service. Great price- location is also very central and easy to get to from the airport.

Excellent location and accommodations. The only disappointment was the indoor pool, as it was not heated, although hotel website states it is.

Very clean and spacious rooms. All staff was friendly. No self-laundry services available.
