I’m a Frontier Airlines crew member. My name is Dave Lambeth and my Employee # is 411152. I’m Denver based and I do a lot of San Diego layovers. Julyda is such a great employee for your hotel! She is very cordial and polite to me and my crew members when I’ve stayed at your hotel! I have had 2 neck surgeries since December 2024 and my last neck surgery was June of 2025. Julyda has always treated me well and has always attempted to assign me a room with a balcony door that opens and a King-size bed because of my neck surgeries. She is the kind of an employee that every hotel should have and would be proud to have to handle your hotel customers. Especially true with airline crew members because we are in aircraft for many hours day and night. On a scale of 1-10 Julyda is a “10” because of her people skills and her pleasant professional Customer Service skills! She has always been so pleasant and accommodating to me and my Frontier crew members! Please give her my thanks and appreciation. I have several more layovers in June and July.
