Wyndham San Diego Bayside

We visited this hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, I emailed the hotel before our arrival and received a complementary upgrade to a suite. We were on the 12th floor and had an amazing bayside view and a beautiful suite. Hotel is central for everything had lovely meals in Ruth’s Chris steakhouse and Claim Jumper. Want to say a big thank you to Ryan Ochs to sorting our upgrade Had a fabulous holiday

The staff was very attentive and prompt in clearing out any questions and assistance, especially Lili at the main desk which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and the skylight view beautiful I loved it and will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to my friends. Only thing I would improve would be the parking cost of 50 usd, I think the hotel could be more reasonable and lower the cost to 20 usd daily instead of 50 usd

Rooms were clean, when we came back from a very busy day. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will be staying here again .

Location is great the views you get to wake up to is amazing the hotel is really clean friendly staff rooms get cleaned up every day would definitely recommend to friends and family and we would stay again

It was very difficult for international visitors to communicate with the hotel, as they never replied to emails or messages sent through Booking.com. When I checked in, the receptionist did not mention that the hotel provides a free airport shuttle service. I had to ask about it myself. In addition, the hotel charged me twice for my stay. The first time I went to the front desk, I was told that the charge would be offset against the amount I had already paid through Booking.com. However, the issue was not resolved until I returned to the front desk a second time and showed proof that my room had already been paid for through Booking.com. Only then did they release the duplicate charge on my credit card. The whole experience was very frustrating.

The location was perfect. We had a waterfront view and it was located close to the USS Midway museum and the Maritime Museum. Good restaurants across the road.

We were told we couldn’t use the airport shuttle so booked an uber. While waiting for the uber the shuttle driver asked if we wanted a ride. Think some staff might need to be updated.
