I suggest that breakfast should be a standard offering, not optional and extra payment. Bed was comfortable. Easy access as it is very near to a major road.

My husband had just had a hip replacement and the staff at the front desk were helful in freezing his icepacks since the fridge in the room did not have a freezer component. Great restaurant and bar! Great check out by text!!

Good hotel. Nice location. Near mountains and lots of good choices for dining. Nice equipped room and clean. Staff was courteous.

The room was quiet on the 5th floor. The staff was friendly. The hotel had parties both Fridayand Saturday until 2am with DJs. You couldn’t enjoy anywhere on the first floor because of thumping subwoofer. It was very loud. Even outside seating areas couldn’t be enjoyed because of how loud the music was.

Stayed here for one night as part of a coach tour of the East Coast. Basic yet clean rooms and were good just for one night. Free tea and coffee available in reception which is good. Staff on reception helpful and pleasant. Large shopping mall approx a mile away yet not easy to get to if walking.

Staff and hotel were great

I was put in a different room than what I paid for because I had my dog (a 10 pound, non shedding pomapoo), and the room was unfortunately dingy and unkempt. I don’t know if maybe they don’t put as much quality care into the rooms on the pet floor, or if every room is like that, I can only speak to the room I was in. The room overall felt dirty. There was human hair all over the place from the beds to the tub. The toilet seat was broken. The outlet between the beds was coming out of the wall, literally just dangling there. The lamp covers were either broken or just didn’t fit b/c they were also just hanging off the lamps. The tub was not clean enough to feel comfortable taking a shower. I only spotted 1 bug in my room, so I guess that wasn’t too bad considering. The building itself like the hallways and elevators seemed old and grimy. I was grateful to be just a 10 minute drive from the hospital (my reason for being in the area), but I wouldn’t stay there again.

My room was spacious but there were really no perks. All of the soaps and bath products were fastened to the wall making them difficult to access. There were no glasses in the room— only plastic cups for water or other cold beverages. There were several parties held during my stay. The morning following the parties, trash ( dropped plastic forks and cake crumbs, popped balloons) remained on the floor in the main hallway that takes you to the lobby. Not a very good look for your brand and just a messy appearance that reflects an attitude of not caring.
