It was clean. Just needed a trash can in the bathroom.

Hot breakfast with real hospitable service is much appreciated.

We stayed three nights at Holiday Inn in Roanoke with our little girl and dog. The hotel is dog friendly and the staff were very nice to our dog. And our little girl enjoyed walking around the hotel. Rooms were nice and spacious, we had plenty of room to set up a crib. Breakfast was good in the morning. I would stay here again if visiting the area, especially with the dog.

Very nice, clean and the beds and pillows were as comfortable as home.

I hosted an event this past weekend. The Sales Manager and Catering Manager need training. One runs when you ask questions and the other condescends when speaking with you. When reaching out to the hotel manager we were told to be patient they're both new. I have hundreds of emails with little to no response over a year and unprofessional texts. I received a text 3 days before my event stating staff were panicked over the setup the catering manager miscommunicated. I had to have the manager to step in to get a meeting setup for 2 days before my event. After the meeting, I was promised my event would be perfect. 45 minutes before the last part of my event I went down to make sure the other two ballrooms were turned over for the final event for the weekend. Nothing had changed. I lost 1/3 of the space I rented due to communication issues among staff. The boxed lunches were horrible with brown apples & 5 chips. We also had an allergen clearly marked and it was not taken care of. I'm just glad I paid attention. All I can say is buyer beware. This is the worst I've been treated in any professional setting and paying thousands for services that went horribly wrong and subpar food.

The staff was nice few misunderstandings. Place is incredible
