I was promised a wake up call, didn’t get it Bathroom cold made for uncomfortable showers To much light came through window shade and no way to darken room

Extremely noisy, food at buffet was mediocre and cold, coffee was always empty. Service was horrible in the restaurant. No hairdryer in the rooms, room was not serviced at all. Very poor experience!

Restaurant food was cold. Coffee pots were always empty. Had to ask for decaf. No hairdryers in the room. Neighbors partied and cursed all night. Will not ever stay there again.

I don’t even understand why this hotel has a high rating. I come out to this hotel very often for business. And it seems like ever time I come in my room it’s hair in my sink, my tub is off white for whatever reason, and (TODAY) there is a pull of water by my toilet. So, if I have hair in my sink what’s to believe my sheets may be not dirty. Smh and the front desk young lady is rude.. She left me at the front desk and didn’t say anything for like 10 mins while she type like she’s curing cancer of something. I called to see if one of my items were missing someone up front took down my info never heard about it . I’ll be making a review every time you folks give me a nasty room. It NEVER smells clean btw

All the exterior doors were unlocked It was unsafe The elevator was filthy The floors by the elevator were filthy there was a bunch of dead bugs by the cooler area by the elevator as you go into the room it looks clean but as you look at around the bed it's filthy around the bed by the wall is filthy there's dead bugs on top of the cooler we stayed in this hotel for 5 days and when they did come into the room all they did was make the bed and wipe off the top of the dresser area they would slap some new towels on the counter in the bathroom around the toilet is filthy there was urine on the toilet that never got wiped up The sink interior never got wiped out The floor never got swept or mopped in the room the little table next to the chairs in the corner of the room never got wiped off The body wash in the shower emptied and they never filled it there was what looked like a feces stain on the couch in the corner of the room that took us three times of telling them about it for them to get it cleaned up on the bed skirt on the side of the bed skirt there bodily fluid on the bed skirt and as we checked out we told the guy at the counter at the front desk about it and he did not apologize he did not offer money off of the room or anything and he rolled his eyes at us
