Was good

The interstate is very close by, so traffic noise was an issue. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and service was great. The morning breakfast server went over and above to make our breakfast.

The breakfast is expensive, bland and somewhat inedible for what you get. For the 2 of us it cost $26.13. It is not the great, hot breakfast they advertise. You can go across the street to Waffle House, eat better and cheaper. I’ve never been as disappointed as I was at a hotel breakfast. Please stay away. Room was fine. Employees are nice.

It did not seem worth the $150/night. A lot of construction - non working elevators. Bar was closed early and no one around to ask questions.

Bathroom was awful. Toilet way too close to the tub. Iron re-rod stuck up three inches from the top of the concrete wheel stops in the parking lot scraped the front end underside of our car - Horrendous

Staff seem task obligated rather than giving off the glad to be serving you & having you here vibe

Front desk Art was very professional. The Elephant Walk restaurant was closed for renovations. One of the elevators was out of order due to remodeling, but they had signs up for where the other elevator was. Room was nice and clean.Wish the lobby coffee station had separate creamer and sugar. Only option was a liquid combo of both together.

They've worked really hard on the remodel. everything we nice and clean. The staff were good we only had one incident where my husband had to get our keys reprogrammed and he told the desk clerk the light on the door flashed red and they asked him if it flashed yellow. He laughed and said, "the door flashed red." I hope they were just having a brain cloud. That was really the only thing that was annoying. I would not pay for the breakfast again. For $12 I can get better hot food at the dirty Waffle House across the street.

The beds are hard and noisy. Housekeeping staff doesn’t speak English. There was construction that we didn’t know about until we arrived in the middle of the night. I had a sick child who only wanted to sleep but was hard with all the noise during construction. Also continental breakfast would’ve been awesome.
