Ramada by Wyndham New Iberia

I made reservations for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. I got to the hotel they told me they didn't have any rooms available with queen beds, I asked for a king bedroom she told me yes they did, when I got to the room it was 2 double beds whats the point in making reservations ahead of time if I cant get what I need

Nothing i was there 5 minutes and turned the light on switch shorted out when i went to the desk to have change us to another room she only wanted to put us upstairs with no elevator for a disabled man to try climb stairs not cool we reserved a handicap room they gave it to someone else thy gave us a smelly room that had no accomadation for disable

First, I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. I got moved to another room that looked like if was going through renovations and it was dusty, the sheets had cigarette burn marks & the beds are uncomfortable and stiff. I had stayed at this property twice before last year and never had any issues. Whoever the new management is clearly doing a terrible job. I only stayed because it was Thanksgiving night and was too tired to find some place else…

It didn’t smell clean. There was debris on the side of the bed and the nightstand on the floor..

It was fine for one night but it definitely needs updating

Needs updating. One light in bathroom only worked part of the time, no ice bucket, stains on carpet, cigarette burn holes in sheets, sheer curtains were shredded, left for the day and our room keys did not work upon return, had to have tickets for the free breakfast, limited options and the hot food did not look good, muffins and bagel were dry.

Had difficulty checking in. Had to provide a 50.00 cash deposit for damages. Checked out at 0730. Was told i have to wait till 0900 so housekeeping can approve my 50.00 damage deposit. I don't have time to wait . Had to argue to get my refund. I can't be held hostage to get my money. NEVER AGAIN.

Well first of all i was told i had to pay at 50.00 fee in case room was destroyed i took pictures of the room very dusappointef smelled like smoke stains everywhere i want that 50 back left the way i dound it

Room was disgusting. We slept 3 people in one bed so we could sleep on top of the blanket we brought. There was spider webs and spiders and eggs above the door. I had to unplug the TV bc it wouldnt stop turning on and off. Outside was dirty. Did not try the breakfast even thou that was the plan bc of the state of the room.

Staff was friendly and clean
