Great location to Duval Street. The motel was dated, but clean. The room was huge with a little kitchen/bar. I was disappointed that I'd booked 3 rooms several months in advance requesting they be together and that we could park directly in front of our room. Our rooms were not together and two of us had to park on a side street.

Where to begin? Checked in around 10pm. First room… filthy is an understatement! I was gonna deal with the trash all over the floor and the broom left in room, until I went to get in my bed and it smelt like piss. Pulled the sheet back and the bed reeked of urine! Ughhh no! So I went to the desk got another room, pulled bedsheets back and DIRTY NOT CHANGED SHEETS! Pubic hairs everywhere nasty pillowcases and no toiletries or towels ! (I have videos) so then he moved us to yet another room, a “suite” yeah… ab 11:30 I was FINALLY able to settle enough for a shower and bed! Pictures are filtered and no where near what this trashy property looks like!!! I usually don’t do these type of reviews but this was by far the worst experience ever! All that running back and forth at that time of night is absolutely ridiculous! Hire some help worth keeping and that come to work not draw a check only! Housekeeping, DO BETTER!!!! I’ve worked in the hotel industry for 7 years! So I let a lot slide… bc we are human! But this was unacceptable!

My stay here was horrible from check-in to check out. The Tvs didnt work at all. I was told that there was no cable but the wifi worked if i wanted to connect a game or firestick. I tried connecting my firestick but the wifi would not connect to the tv. I asked for a discounted rate and was told i could not get a discount because i booked the room online. After finally checking in, i get to the room and the smell of mold rushed me. The room was so dusty and dirty, it looked like no one had stayed there in months. I had a suite with a full kitchen which was nice in size but there was mold everywhere. On the walls, the floors, and even the outside of the refrigerator. There were spiderwebs everywhere. Even a spider or two. I booked a suite with a couch to accomodate myself and my 4 kids, but when i asked the front desk for more sheets and/or blankets, i was told to try using towels bc housekeeping was gone and he had no key to open the closet. It was HORRIBLE. Not what i expect from Ramada or Hotels.com AT ALL!!! I travel a lot and stay in different hotels all the time, but this was by far 1 of the worst stays I've ever had.

I booked 4 rooms and all of them had black mold. Drug transactions in the parking lot and a tweaker tried to follow me in my room and stood outside the door as my family got bags out the car. It is very unsafe.

There was water damage, mold, the outlets and cable didn’t work, and there was no hot water.

Overall good trip. Only problem no TV and two barking dogs next door.

I made my reservation once I got into the room. I noticed the TV cable was not on. I called the front desk. They informed me that their cable service was down for the day. They could’ve told me that at check-in once inside the room bed was sitting on two by fours, and outside for the first couple of hours were people hanging around yelling screaming biting very unsafe

Urin staind sheets. Had to get moved to 3 seperate rooms. Showers dont work toilets dont work. Dead bugs left all over from when they are spraying. Sqawters in the back side of hotel. Not worth the stay. Got a refund. They should of paid me for the time spent room hopping. Managers hand keys and say see if this one is good. They do not care ive seen nicer trap housws.

There was no tv service, the pipes on the sink busted while we was there and the ice box did not work to keep our drinks cold
