Ramada by Wyndham New Iberia

It was horrible the bed frames on both bed was sticking out so badly that it scrapped me and my daughters leg badly enough to make us bleed just walking in between the beds. The coffee pot in room was disgusting thank god i check inside things like that it was so nasty where you put the water in it i swear it could of never been cleaned yuckk i bring to the office really mad letting them know how nasty and all they say is what room number oh ok we will get another one NOOO really i dont want another you got to be kidding me!! No sorry nothing Then me and my daughter go to breakfast which starts at 6AM LOL well the worker wasnt at desk we waited few mins tried hollering for someone he comes out from room by office from SLEEPING hair messed up and alll smh so we sit and wait for about 40 mins hungry they surely didnt use no gloves and when i say yes there was also another worker as that came from napping in the back to top it off the FOOD wasnt worth waiting for it was so nasty Lastly my poor baby couldnt watch tv in room cause their CABLE wasnt working in none of the rooms lmao They just need to be shut down foreal

I don’t like to leave negative reviews because if I can give private feedback to fix things then I will but this is a case where I felt had to be shared. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind but the room and place was a disaster. No functioning tv, entrance light not functioning, stained sheets . I saw other guests complaining at front desk with other issues. I originally was given a room that was occupied and trashed before they resolved it. Not sure where that hotel needs to start but it definitely has a lot of work to do..

This was one of the worst stays I ever had and I have stayed there at least 4 times over the years. The first room smelled really bad and it was not really clean. The second room as u can see the bed wasn’t made, paint on d wall was painting, the ramp was rusted, wasp nest in the walk areas, plus other things.

I usually dont write reviews. This place is all the way around terrible. Expedia should stop listing them. Hotel was filthy and unsafe. Smoke alarms were removed from room just one of many examples

The staff was very polite and nice and Dominos did deliver to the hotel. But my dislike was the towels in my room were dirty, the chair in my room was broken and i am sorry to say a roach crawled across me when i was in bed. They had what looked to be drug dealers and possible prostitutes on each end of the side of the hotel i was staying on. Keep in mind this is a very cheap 60.00 a night hotel but still. The staff was really nice and the restaurant in the hotel was really nice and the food was good.

The rooms was terrible!!! They had a horrible smell and stains all over the bed . Not to mention all the spider webs all over the room the condition was horrible there was no WiFi and the TVs was not working and we asked for a discount the host gave a hard time and told us no DO NOT STAY HERE THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF “YOU GET EHST YOU PAY FOR” !! Don’t be fool by the price
