Ramada by Wyndham New Iberia

No supplies in the room, easy fix, go back to the front desk at 11 pm check in for tomorrow, wash clothes. Front desk said the tv is out (like it just happened) but it’s been out for over 2 months. Drinks and half eaten food in the frig from who knows when. Last straw, NO HOT WATER AT ALL! Front desk acted like this was no big deal! We have family coming to the area in 6 months for a big wedding, they will not get any reservations for this event.

Black mold in the bathroom, dated, old, mold in several places.

There was dirty clothes in the bathroom but clean towels???? Also there's been a pizza box in the courtyard for like a week

I wish I could upload the pictures. But I will leave a review,mold in the bathroom ceiling, mold and dirt in the shower and behind the door.

Tv didn’t work, room had a stale smell, front desk wasn’t friendly. When I arrived there were two other people trying to get a room. They were refused because they were “local”. What if they had an emergency and needed a room like a fire or busted water line or something like that. I was told later by a worker who spoke English that it was to keep trouble out of the hotel. Honestly I think it’s just bad business and I will not stay here again for such small minded people who are rude.

Overall the staff was very nice. The rooms were not very clean, smoke detector was not hooked up, no tv, pool was super unclean

My original room had mold all over the side of the bed, I was then moved to a room with a SMALLER bed and there was mold on the lamp shade of this room as well. They would not give me a refund nor accommodate anything I asked bc “there were no rooms available”. I had to sleep with the lamp shade outside so my boyfriend and I did not get sick from the mold!
