Ramada by Wyndham New Iberia

There was no tv severe for months the lady said. Not good.

There were roaches in the bed so we left and did not stay there.

Not clean the linen wasn’t clean and they had roaches, so my kids and I left and I didn’t get a refund and I have pictures and video

Property needs to be renovated my room was poor it was supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled like smoke also the front door going into the room had a lot of gaps cold air can come in real easy even though it wasn't cold out but still a lot of light came through carpet was dirty and staying my room that I stayed in was number 111 the good thing about it the property was quiet but a lot of the work needs to be done to this property as far as I'm concerned since I used to be a regional manager for multifamily properties not sure if you folks have regional managers to visit these properties but if you don't you need to hire one

There was no cable tv, and there was mold in my room dangerous for my one year old. Would have requested a refund if we weren’t so tired, and only staying one night.

There wasn't enough towels had to go to front desk to get some. There wasn't any cable service. Overall the experience was ok. Great customer service

Worst hotel ever. Stay across the street at the Days inn. They will match Ramadas price.

Very dirty room and outside rooms had flood damage doors in room would close black mold around the room
