Ramada by Wyndham New Iberia

Terrible place to stay at not at all kid or family friendly. My family of 10 booked online through Expedia just to get there after a 9 hour drive to a very dirty and unsanitary room. We did not stay there and they still charged us for one night on EACH room! Do not recommend! The front desk was not at all helpful either

If there was a negative number, this would have been my choice. I stayed two nights and could not sleep due to loud people and alarms going off. I reported the problem and they claimed that would get me a room changed. This did not happen. Do not go unless you want more than three hours of sleep!

room had roaches and location was dirty

Per the website it said nothing about needing a deposit of $50.00 to stay at this hotel so because they didn't pay the $50.00 I didn't have any access to a television and any hotel gives you that with a room. I'm very unhappy with that for my training I couldn't use the tv to do my work.

Used to be the best place in town, Not any more. Stayed twice thinking the second time would be better, no. No TV reception, the carpets are filthy and surfaces are sticky. lots of wall and ceiling damage. Bring gallons of Lysol and your own pillow.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. They must have been taken 20 years ago. The tv didn’t work but they said they didn’t have cable anyway. The pool was unavailable and so was the fitness center.

I reserved for 2 days and canceled one day with my protected insurance and they did not want to give my refund back. The lights went out for hours and they had no tv. Plus the wifi signal was so low it didn't connect

No hot water. Rooms were dirty, sheets had stains.

I wish I had taken pictures before leaving. For starters the receptionist was a mess. When I asked if they had a tv in the room for my husband to watch the news to keep track of the hurricane, he said no. He told me to go purchase a Roku from Walmart to watch tv. That was a red flag right there. So I go in the room and there’s a smell of urine, smoke (weed), and blood. Literally smelled so bad like dead animals. Once I turned the light on then I realize why the room had that smell. There was mold everywhere from the doors and walls to the bathroom. I didn’t even examine the bed due to not wanting to touch anything. This was by far the worse hotel I have ever been to. Of course they wouldn’t refund me but it’s okay I rather be safe than sorry. Also there was illegal activity going on outside of the hotel. I don’t recommend nobody stay here especially women and children. The whole building is giving prostitution and drug usage. Just nasty and disgusting.
