Location

The elevator took so long like 10 minutes long. The second thing was we got our sheets changed after two days of no service and it turned out. There was a purple stain on the sheets. Ridiculous.

I have passed this hotel countless times on the way to other hotels close to SFO. Why I waited to book is a mystery, but am I ever glad I did!Amazing staff and the proximity to the airport was worth every penny. Walk out the inside door, go up the escalator to the airport train. And right to my terminal. Need I say more?
