So convenient for an early flight. Close to Millbrae for wonderful dining options.

An early breakfast option would have been appreciated. Also, advanced notification of the AIrTrain maintenance would have reduced stress in the morning.

Absolutely HORRIBLE valet service, DO NOT PARK here! It’s overpriced and after parking for a week my AMG was returned to me with an awful smell and dog hair all over the floor. We do not have dogs! I asked for a 50% refund and I had to keep after them for a week to get a reply and they refused. I am shocked at their lack of any customer service and will park in short term parking at SFO and get my car back as I left it. What a joke. 👎🏻

I gave this hotel over a week to contact me and address this disgusting situation before posting a review because I wanted to give management the opportunity to make things right. After being told someone would contact me within three days, I have not heard a single word back. Clearly, guest health, cleanliness and customer service are not priorities here. I checked into my room after a long flight back from Japan and got the items out of our suitcases that we would need for the day. The moment I pulled back the sheets on the bed to relax for a bit I was absolutely horrified to find fecal matter and hair on the sheets up near the pillow. There is no excuse for a bed to be in that condition. It was beyond unsanitary and completely unacceptable. We immediately notified a housekeeper nearby and she came and looked and said "it wasn't me" and that she would tell her manager. We then sat in the contaminated room waiting for someone to help us. Twenty minutes passed and nobody came-no manager, no housekeeping, no apology, nothing. No one seemed concerned that guests had just found human waste in a supposedly cleaned bed. I finally had to go down to the front desk myself and show them photos and ask to be moved to another room. Even then, the staff acted as though this was a minor inconvenience instead of a serious sanitation issue. The complete lack of urgency, professionalism, and accountability was honestly just as disturbing as the condition of the room itself.

The location is ideal! The hotel is gorgeous and super clean everywhere! It’s not our first time here because we absolutely love the Amazing service delivered by each people working here! The check in was fantastic! It was possible to have an high floor .. no noise and peaceful night with comfy bed and what we absolutely love water and an expresso machine. The food at the restaurant Quail and Crane was Amazing with tasty and fresh ingredients .. A big thank you to the CHEF and his excellent TEAM! The service at the restaurant by Flora was outstanding ..She was very professional and so friendly! A diner to remember! Do not hesitate to book this one …A GEM 🙏❤️

Great location next to the airport and on the skytrain route.

My husband needed wheelchair help while we traveled airports. Our aide took us right to The Grand Hyatt with our luggage! They even provided assistance when Grand Hyatt assisted us from the Hotel!
