leider sind die Zimmer zur Straße trotz Schallschutz stark mit Lärm belastet, besonders durch PS- protzende mehrheitlich orientalische "Poser", die am Wochenende nachts Unsinn treiben und gegen die seitens der Behörden wohl wenig bis nichts unternommen wird. Sonst macht das grüne Zürich doch alles, um Individualverkehr zu bekämpfen, aber hier scheint man sich zurück zu halten

Outstanding hotel with fantastic service. We had a lovely one night stay here and the room, amenities and staff were all of the highest level. It’s decorated and designed beautifully and the beds are incredibly comfortable. For breakfast, I’m a diamond member and as others have mentioned this means you have to pay a little more if you want more than the continental. But the continental option was outstanding with the highest quality ingredients prepared with care and thought. Service in the restaurant at breakfast was the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The man who served us was funny, kind and efficient and his service added to our excellent breakfast. He even offered travel tips and cared about his country and enhancing our travel experience. He and the hotel are highly recommended!

This is the hotel by which others should be measured. We travel more than most and this is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the last couple of years without a doubt. It’s a luxury boutique experience, themed by floor for different regions of the world (our floor/room was the UK). The details were perfect and what stood out—the slippers were like clouds, the pillow menu was cool, the fabrics and bedding were so comfy I didn’t want to leave the bed, the toiletries were exquisite, the TV had channels and radio in multiple languages…and the list goes on. The restaurant (Silk) was an amazing evening meal and had a nice breakfast daily. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is wonderful for exploring Zurich—easy to walk or navigate to/from by transit or Uber. I enjoyed Zurich and would look nowhere else on our next visit.
