The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a busy day. The hotel's ambiance was elegant and inviting, creating the perfect balance between comfort and sophistication. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that were well-prepared and beautifully presented. Every meal was a delight, and the restaurant staff ensured excellent dining service throughout my stay. I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Kampala during a business trip. This property is located in a very lively neighbourhood of Kampala city, and is suitable for business as well as leisure travellers. The team at the reception was highly responsive & prompt. They ensured that I had a quick check in/check out. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The restaurant offers Continental, Ugandan & Indian food options on the menu, and F&B team goes beyond and above to serve as per individual dietary requirements. I highly recommend this property to everyone and look forward to my future stay soon.
