Quality Inn & Suites El Cajon San Diego East

The outside of this property is in desperate need of an update. I was really nervous until I opened my door. Beautiful new flooring, brand new mattress and counters. Large spacious room. You have to check in at Clarion Pointe which is on other side of parking lot. Breakfast is served at Clarion Pointe as well. Staff is incredible and kind.

I have to beg to get my room clean

On the booking app it said my room was 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed just a nasty stained couch. The homeless people wandering around the parking lot all night left an uneasy feeling if my truck was safe in the parking lot. Also the room had a nasty stench to it.

Conditions are really bad! Do not stay here. The shower didn’t even work and have running water. You have to even check in at different hotel because lobby was closed. The pictures of hotel are not accurate either. Dirty shower.

One it was horrible in the room. 1. The bed had a sink whole and we had to sleep side ways 2 bugs on the walls 3 air conditioners so loud 4. They gave the last room , however there was homeless by trash cans . 5. So noisy and we heard all the water flossing

There’s definitely roaches, seen multiple in my room but they were squished. The breakfast is literally like waffles, toast, bagels cereal. Nothing crazy. The staff is super helpful though so that was a plus. Probably won’t stay here again
