Great service and hospitality by all members of the staff.

It was really an outstanding beautiful experience for me and my wife. All around the view is amazing. The people at the hotel are very politeand helpful. I want to especially mention Mr. Jean Powell, who was our personal helper who did a great job helping us in everything we needed would definitely consider coming back to this hotel and we are very thankful for our visit and the support we received at the hotel.

I rarely write negative reviews, but our experience at Nobu Los Cabos from April 18–25 was incredibly disappointing and far below expectations. We booked through Expedia for a special 70th birthday celebration expecting a luxury experience. Instead, we encountered ongoing operational issues, poor communication, and dismissive management throughout the stay. Upon arrival, the check-in area was under construction, which had never been disclosed prior to our trip. The staff appeared disorganized and slow to help. The most significant issue was that our room had no hot water, requiring us to move rooms. At one point, my parents had to use another room just to shower. We were also informed that other guests were experiencing the same problem, which made it clear this was not an isolated incident. The towels were also dirty with black spots on them, repeatedly. There was ongoing construction noise during the stay, and the main breakfast venue, “The Restaurant,” was unexpectedly closed without notice. To make matters worse, there were strong paint/varnish fumes coming from maintenance work in the room next door. A manager named Michelle acknowledged the issue and specifically assured us the work would be paused because my sister was pregnant. Unfortunately, the work continued despite that promise. We repeatedly raised concerns with management, including Diana and Francisco, but no meaningful resolution or compensation was ever offered. The only time management approached us was during our pool time and even in the middle of dinner, which felt intrusive rather than helpful. Overall, this felt like a significant misrepresentation of the product being sold. For the price paid, the experience fell well below acceptable hospitality standards. Very disappointing experience overall.

I visited the NOBU resort in the first week of May to celebrate Cinco De Mayo and to have a couples trip. Jean Paul was our point person and he was amazing. From coordinating our cabs, dinner reservations, spas, and everything you can think of he was amazing. If I can give him a 10 star I definitely would. Please check out the NOBU hotel in Los Cabo’s and ask for JP!

Quick 2 night stay after 1 week at Hard Rock Los Cabos next door. Beautiful Resort. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy the first class experience. Our Ambassador David took care of the our needs. First night Dinner at Muna Mediterranean was outstanding. Second night at Ardea Steakhouse was, well a great steakhouse, but we should have eaten at Nobu instead. Windy at the pools, but that waas fine. Rooms are well appointed and spotless

La cuisine du Nobu était notre seul objectif sans bien connaître le niveau de l'hôtellerie proposé.

Les abords de la piscine principale sont dangereux et le personnel est au courant mais finira par nous dire que de changer le bois au sol demanderait d'immobiliser cet espace assez longtemps : c'est consternant ! Il s'agit de celle d'une des directrices de l'hôtel.... Nous avons terminé le séjour avec deux pinces à épiler pour retirer pas moins de 43 échardes a notre fille de 4 ans. Quelques heures bien occupées sur seulement 2 jours sur place. Pas un seul geste commercial de la direction, pas un seul ! Lamentable.

We had an amazing stay at Nobu Hotel with our two kids—truly one of those trips where everything just works. The property is beautiful, the food is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly responsive and attentive. A special shoutout to Salvador and Ted, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless—they even helped us get an ice chest ready for a fishing trip, which made a huge difference. Overall, an incredible experience and we would absolutely stay here again

The only minor downside was the wind a couple of days, which meant the umbrellas couldn’t be opened, so shade was limited—but obviously nothing the hotel can control.

Todo, el mejor hotel en cabos, realmente increíble volveremos !!!
