Nobu Hotel Los Cabos

Nothing crazy, beautiful hotel and the 2 staff helping me throughout the stay at any time was wonderful. I got the deluxe suite with private pool. Disappointing I paid so much per night just to have a dirty bug filled pool and the bottom that clearly hasnt been scrubbed in a while. Literally saw the gunk. Also the lawn chair in the room was stained and even had someone foot print. Not like wet foot print, a fully stained print. Disgusting. We ate at nobu twice which was delicious and great but the Nami restaurant was a terrible experience as we waiting over an hour just for 2 drinks an omelette and 3 mini tacos. Could also see mine was worse than the table next to us that got the same thing but way quicker. Ive had better in a 4 star hotel but the locations private and quiet I guess. (Also no ubers allowed from property only to property)

Nobu is always a wonderful and relaxing retreat! The rooms are large, well-appointed, and very clean, and the wooden tub is so lovely. The beds are very comfortable. The team and staff at Nobu make you feel truly welcome the minute you arrive, and are so attentive throughout your stay. It’s especially nice that the staff remember you, keep track of what drinks you like, and are always appropriately asking what you need, while also giving you plenty of room and space to just relax. Juan at the Pacific Pool was especially friendly and helpful, and even brought us a special treat on our last pool day to wish us well. Our trip was relaxing and the property is beautiful. The staff make your experience unforgettable and keep you coming back.

What a beautiful resort and location! Unbelievable service! Excellent food and the most accommodating and caring staff. Feeling very pampered and relaxed! The concierge service by Ted Lima, poolside service by Francisco and restaurant service by Mario was amazing! This was my second visit to Nobu Los Cabo’s….going to be an annual. ❤️

Unique atmosphere and absolutely stunning views. Ted Lima was super responsive and very helpful during the whole stay!

What an incredible location and venue. The staff and amenities were amazing. Hector who bartends at the Playa bar is top notch.

Terrible experience with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms on the hotel side months in advance. Got to the hotel and the front desk informed us that a corporate client booked out the hotel and that they were putting us on the residence side. This is located on the other side of the property. They offered us free massages for the mistake but then informed us we would be required to sign a “hold harmless” agreement. The manager literally came to our room with a legal document and pen and said we couldn’t have the free massages they offered us earlier without signing. We told them we didn’t want massages, we just wanted the rooms we booked months earlier. After going back and forth and waiting several hours after the normal check in time, we just gave up and took the terrible rooms on the residence side. We will never go back to this hotel.

Great hotel for a chill, relaxing time with friends. Pros: beautiful grounds, really nice rooms (peaceful feeling), whale watching from the beach, friendly staff, the private reservation pool (requires a minimum in food and bev spend but you face the beach), and of course—great food! My partner and I are vegan and knew Nobu was generally accommodating but we had a hard time knowing in advance if there would be great options for us because some of the menus were unavailable online or they had items with eggs and milk marked as vegan. It was a bit of a gamble, but rest assured fellow vegans, there was a lot of great food available! In fact, when we walked into reception we were so excited to see clearly marked vegan pastries right at the coffee bar. The ladies that worked at the coffee bar were my favorite people we interacted with from the resort. So sweet, and so willing to support me in my attempts to chat in Spanish. Cons — barely cons, but I’ll share what we learned: location (you’re pretty much stuck at the resort, since it’s deeply set in a secured community that’s west of Cabo San Lucas). We rented a car, used the nearby self serve parking, but mainly because the airport shuttle was more expensive than the car. We only left once, so I’d probably just skip the car next time OR make plans to travel somewhere fun for a day. the pool with the DJ is loud, and we didn’t realize at first that there was an entirely different and quieter lagoon pool on the other side of the grounds (if you want quiet, go there!). There are no refrigerators in the room (we brought soy milk for morning coffee and other snacks but they were super accommodating and brought us a mini fridge). while vegan food wasn’t hard to come by the staff at the restaurants aren’t all aware of what it means or able to suggest alternatives— we had a great server at the middle eastern restaurant the first time we went that was able to suggest really great off menu options (best meal we had!) but when we returned we got a terrible server that was unaware of them, not as accommodating (and had water stains on his crotch). The manager came and asked how things were generally and then basically didnt wait for us to respond or ask any detailed questions that would have led to us sharing information (like how we had asked for the wine list and he never brought it, so we didn’t order wine). Management should ask questions like “are there any tips you could give us to improve our service?”. Overall, I’d highly recommend and would be excited to return for the type of vacation we wanted, where you just want peace, a beautiful view, good food, and a feeling of luxury. My biggest regret is not ordering the vegan muffin from the breakfast restaurant every day — it is SO good and I waited to spend $14 on a muffin until my last day, because I didn’t want to spend that much. I should have had that muffin every morning.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nobu recently. The hotel was fabulous, the rooms spacious and very clean. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, the spa, all the restaurants, and the pools! The food was also wonderful, especially at the Nobu restaurant. Our concierge, Salvador, was extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival and always checked-in daily to assist with any questions or needs we had. We appreciated his help throughout our stay. Our only complaint was that the pools were not really heated, and given that it was extremely windy for many days, we did not take advantage of the pools unfortunately. The hotel should adjust the water temperature accordingly. That said, we would gladly return to this hotel!
