Nobu Hotel Los Cabos

Amazing experience at nobu Food is top notch; . Their food is freshly made from scratch and it shows, even at Pacifico the poolside bar, there is a lot of attention to the food quality and taste. They were ready for World Cup, 2 large projectors were displayed on the property with the game streaming so we didn’t miss anything. Grounds are beautiful and landscapes have strong Japanese influence and bonus bonus immaculately clean. I Have to recommend the Mexican cooking experience which in my opinion is a must do, if you are traveling with teens. We had 1:1 instruction with chef jonathan who is the head chef at Ardea ! He went thru the steps in detail. We made Mexican dishes called sopas, Japanese style shrimp tempura tacos and guac. We also made delectable awww churros with pastry chef jonathan who was also wonderful teacher.My girls Loved the whole experience ! My daughter’s 15 th bday was special, (for an up charge ) the hotel organized ordering of a beautiful flower arrangement and chocolate cake was made on property! Concierge César even came to the room and helped us decorate ! We love nobu hotel and we will be back. The only disappointing experience was on our second visit to nobu restaurant, maybe it was an off day for them, the sushi rice was dry and the rolls were not as good as I expected , the mushroom salad was good lobster taco was ok, however gorgeous sunset views and desserts made up for the food.

Our second time here ! They surpassed our expectations from the food to the staff it was even better We were taken care of by Gustave in the supercabana which was an up charge but worth it 100%. Gustave went above and beyond and anticipated all our needs, we were happy to hook him up at the end of the day. The nachos with prime beef was yumm ! The shrimp pizza very delectable. The burger sliders were yumm My kids loved the The Mac and cheese with chicken “off the menu “ We had large screen lcd to watch the World Cup games in the cabana which made it worth it! Cortez Pool had a nice vibe, music was on point, every moment looked like an instagrammable moment ! picture perfect… We also went to the Pacifico pool which was quieter and we had Jose Luis and Larry who did a fantastic job . Blackened salmon with guac was out of this world Jicama taco with tuna tartar also out of this world. Steak tacoo yummmy The fish taco with sea bass was just ok skip that one Pasta with grilled chicken off the menu was also a kid favorite We also had a good breakfast at the restaurant, the steak and eggs sandwich Yumm the waffles with a million toppings were a kid fav Their fresh pressed juices were good too The service the food is impeccable. We will be back for the next World Cup that’s a promise You guys are amazing The hotel itself is beautiful grounds is Japanese inspired it is breath taking The sunsets here are to die for esp from novu restaurant. The staff is amazing so catering This is a hotel that is a sleeper worth a lot more for what you get

We just got back from a 4 day, 3 night stay at Nobu Los Cabos and it was perfection. We traveled with my 3 kids (9, 13, 20) and husband. First, the food and service are top notch. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, you are treated with the utmost attention to every detail. Our local ambassador, Roberto, was amazing. He helped us with booking dinner reservations and golf at the private course, Diamante for our 3 nights there, and was available and responsive at all times of the day. Roberto was amazing! Now — The food is the star here. It was 5 stars and beyond. We ate at MBar, Playa Bar, Muna and Nobu for Lunch & Dinner and the Restaurant for breakfast every morning. The ambiance, the attention to detail on every dish, and the flavor was impeccable. At breakfast; the chef provided a special order for me and had it ready the next morning when we arrived! We had turn down service every night, and anytime we needed anything delivered to the room — room service, maintenance, they were on top of it immediately. Now, The amenities and grounds were pristine. Every detail was perfection. From the front lobby to the onsen style bath in the room! We booked the swim up room and had direct access to the backyard pool and jacuzzi, which our kids and us loved! We would just hang out on the patio area and chill with wine and smoothies, or jump in the pool! We also enjoyed the swim up bar area and main pool and were taken great care of by Gabriel and all the servers at all the pools. So attentive, always. The only call out I have is the resort is definitely more on the quiet and chill side. They would be playing music at the main pool, but we have three rowdy boys and I often felt like we were distributing the peace in the main area. It’s not exactly “kid forward” but there were definitely other kids there, small and older. There is a kids club, pool, pickle ball, cornhole, and so much for kids to do! The vibe is just more adults and people sticking to themselves and not overly friendly. This is fine but maybe creating events where guests have more interaction with other guests will help the resort feel more “warm”. Also it wasn’t very crowded at all, at any of the areas (restaurants, pool, community areas) which was a good thing after coming from a much more busy, all inclusive hotel in Cabo San Lucas. Seems there needs to be more marketing for the resort, or maybe that’s intentional? Either way, top notch experience overall and we will definitely visit again!!!

I came to Nobu Los Cabos looking for a reset, and I found it completely. I traveled solo, with the intention of resting and reconnecting, and the hotel gave me exactly that sense of peace. Everything flowed from the very first moment: the atmosphere, the quiet when I needed it, the thoughtful details. I left lighter and happier than when I arrived. What really made the difference was the people. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and they made me feel genuinely special, not like just another guest. I especially want to recognize Antonio, my local ambassador, who looked after me the entire time and took care of every detail. That level of personal attention is what turns a great stay into an experience you don’t forget. I’d come back without a second thought.

I rarely leave reviews like this, but I feel obligated to share my experience. What was supposed to be a fun and celebratory getaway turned into a week of feeling increasingly unwell, and almost as disappointing as the issue itself has been the complete lack of follow up afterward. Starting the first night, I began feeling off. At first, I assumed it was simply travel fatigue. However, as the days went on, I noticed a pattern. Every evening I would develop headaches, feel dizzy, experience a strange irritation in my throat, and generally feel sick. Oddly enough, whenever I spent extended periods away from the room, I would start feeling much better. It never crossed my mind that the room itself could be the cause. I genuinely thought I was coming down with a cold or fighting off a virus. It wasn't until the morning we were checking out that everything suddenly made sense. While packing in a corner of the room where our luggage had been stored, I was hit with the worst headache I had experienced during the trip. I also noticed a strong odor that I had somehow overlooked before. When I looked up, I discovered the curtains were covered in visible mold. I immediately took photos and videos and reported the issue to the manager on duty before leaving for the airport. After reviewing the situation, I was told it was a significant issue that would need to be escalated to the General Manager and that someone would be contacting me directly to "make it right." Over a week later, I have heard absolutely nothing. That is what I find most disappointing. Problems can happen anywhere, even at “luxury” properties. What defines a brand is how those problems are handled. Instead of proactive communication, follow up, concern, or even an acknowledgment, I was left to search for management contacts myself and send emails in hopes of reaching someone who could address the situation. What concerns me most is not just my experience. It is wondering how many other guests may have been exposed to the same conditions. I happen to be highly sensitive to mold, which may explain the severity of my symptoms, but what about children, pregnant women, or guests with asthma, allergies, or other health conditions? That is what makes this more than simply disappointing. It is concerning. I genuinely expected more from a brand of this caliber. I had every intention of returning and viewed this property as a place we would visit for years to come. Instead, I left feeling sick, frustrated, and still waiting for someone to acknowledge what happened. Travelers should be aware and pay attention to how they feel during their stay, regardless of how “luxurious” a property may appear! Especially at places where the well being of guests isn’t a priority.

Nobu residence was great, really enjoyed the ammenities and the relaxed and private environnement. Stephano was an amazing concierge, really nice responsive and came through with everything we asked.

4th time at Nobu Cabo and it’s always spectacular. The rooms, the pool, the food, the service are all always incredible. Special thank you to our INCREDIBLE ambassador David who went above and beyond with reservations, taxis, and even taking pictures of us. The weekend was incredible!

A short flight from Salt Lake City, it had everything I needed to decompress and unwind for a few days. The ambiance was perfection and the walk in pool off my room was the ultimate highlight of my trip. The staff feel like instant friends. Wonderful restaurants on the property too! Don’t hesitate to book your vacation here!
