Alexis and the staff were great..Sharma, Zanique and Alicia went above and beyond. I will definitely be back.

The guard on duty during Hurricane Berryl made sure we had running electricity by continuously going to fetch petrol for their generator.

Management showed a shocking disregard for guest safety during Hurricane Beryl, refusing our request for access to an empty upper-floor room as a precaution against potential flooding. The hotel was also undergoing renovations, leaving exposed rebar and unfinished cement work, creating a hazardous environment, as seen in the pictures attached.

The rooms themselves were outstanding and the staff is incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. Some construction on property is ongoing as they are expanding and access to restaurants, stores etc is not great but everything else is ideal.

The villa was great; well designed with all facilities required to make this a great stay. Beach was a two minute walk and a very nice restaurant about 10 minutes from the villa. Easy to get a tour of the island can recommend Trubb taxi tours The staff were lovely and made us very welcome

Perfect location with indian bay beach on our doorstep! a restaurant near by, If you drive its 10mins away from a local supermarket and randys (Corner shop) is a 10min walk from the villa. The staff were nice and helpful, helped us with getting us taxi’s and giving us directions and what ever we needed to make our stay pleasant it was lovely and i would stay here again.

The only downfall in my property the shower was very old school, the shower head is wall mounted and had light water pressure there was a white wire that is attached to it that sprinkled water on the other end (but did not work so well during our stay) the studio property my family had opposite to us had a mordern hand held shower hose which we had to use from time to time to get a good wash.
