The location was really great.

I never leave a comment on a place that I have stayed, but the treatment I received from people and staff in this accommodation establishment was of the worst level I have ever had. Because of parking that was numbered incorrectly, a gentleman that lived in the complex tried to clamp my wheel within the first 3 hours without no one contacting me. I rented 2 three bedroom units that were on separate floors because I had family members from overseas staying as well, but due to security could not have access to the different floors without having to go to ground floor every time and wait for the security to allow us access to a unit that we paid for. The front desk security treatment of my family and myself was of a poor standard, with them not willing even to greet us or help us in any shape or form. The one unit had only 2 forks in it. The other one had an oven that didn't work and not one knife with a sharp blade to cut anything. The one unit smelled of smoke the whole stay due to permanent residents living on higher floors. I could go on for another 2 pages of all the things and treatments we got of such a low and unacceptable standard. Like I said in the start, this is the only time I have ever left a review before, but I couldn't let this type of treatment towards my family go unheard.!!!!!!!!

Still waiting for my invoice since our stay, almost a month ago.

Easy to book in at the check in desk and provided with two car parking spaces in a secured underground car park. Access to the car park and the lifts to reach the apartment was with a security fob, so it felt very secure. Our balcony had a direct view of table mountain and we could see the waterfront and sea in the distance.

There was nothing I disliked.
