"So So Experience, but outstanding Team"

Hotel Encanto in Las Cruces hit the mark on atmosphere. The decor is genuinely beautiful and nails the southwestern vibe you'd hope for. The rooms were fine, nothing memorable. The location works but doesn't wow. The food was a low point and not something I'd come back for. What made the stay worth it was Max and the events team. We had a marriage retreat with a lot of moving parts, and Max consistently went out of the way to accommodate what we needed, often before we thought to ask. That kind of support is rare and made a real difference. If you're booking for the rooms, location, or kitchen, temper expectations. If you're running an event, ask for Max. 🩷.

"Successful conference at Hotel Encanto"

We stayed at Hotel Encanto for a conference and had a wonderful experience. Their staff was so friendly and accommodating. We prioritize local food and Chef Josh went above and beyond to source locally. F&B manager Ashley created the most delicious pastries from scratch that our guests could not get enough of. Max, banquet server, is so service oriented and always there to help us with whatever we needed. Justin with AV stayed late and came in early to make sure our presentations went off without a hitch. Davion, at the front desk, who always had a smile on, treated all our guests like royalty and made all our last minute reservation adjustments work. Great experience all around!

The Staff at Hotel Encanto has been great. We are hosting a multi day event here for clients. As event planners the staff at hotels can make all the difference. Davion at the front desk was super helpful. Max in catering has great leadership skills and was very accommodating and always on top of things. Ashley and Josh allowed us to cater our meals to fit the clients needs. The ladies at the morning restaurant bar were great. Hotel room was clean and they put us in a good room close to the event which is always helpful. Overall great stay here. Would recommend for your next event.
