I I had the best experience at this hotel. I came to this hotel for work event. The beds are comfortable which is VERY important to me, the room is spacious, nice shower products with professional hairline called Kevin Murphy, excellent food, drinks, stunning hotel, nice pool area, amazing iced caramel macchiato at the caffe with kind staff. At reception, there is one staff member who was so kind, polite, professional and goes above and beyond as he clearly enjoys his job and working with people- his name is Jermaine at the front desk, THANKYOU for your kindness and making my stay so welcoming. My only complaint would be to get better blow dryers to match those professional hair products! The blow dryers were outdated, and I am travelling from Europe with different voltage so I rely on hotels for decent blow dryers. Other than that blow dryer I would absolutely stay here and recommend other to as well.

Rocio is the bestest of the bestest. Shes kind funny and always willing to take care of her people that come to the water hole. She remembers our group from a couple of years ago and it was like yesterday when we crossed paths again. Rocio is an asset to this hotel and anywhere she goes ✨
Rocio is the reason I’ll be back. She’s got a natural read on people — knew what I was in the mood for before I did — and somehow kept up with a full bar without anyone feeling ignored. Every drink she recommended was exactly right. She’s the kind of person who makes the whole place better. Go sit at her bar.
