Vanessa is the best! Because I stay here often, I’ve had the chance to see how consistently hardworking and attentive she is. She remembers guests, greets people with a smile, and always goes the extra mile to help whenever needed. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel valued and makes the hotel experience feel much more personal. Vanessa is one of those people who leaves a lasting impression. Her positive attitude, reliability, and warm personality make a big difference, and she’s a big part of why I enjoy staying here so much. Also, I have to add that the hummus and blondies are absolutely amazing and always a highlight of my stays! The blondie didn’t make it into the picture but you definitely have to try it! Plus location is perfect everything is in waking distance.
Here for a dance competition and two big shout outs: One for Ralph - I made a reservation at the wrong renaissance hotel and he got me right in and at the group rate at that! Saw the mad fury I was in. Gave me water. So so kind. Second is for Christopher - in the checkout frenzy I left clothes in a drawer and he got them safely returned to me. Top notch guest service from beginning to end.
USBreakfast was amazing although buffet was not provided which was odd considering the weekend, what we ordered alcarte was more than enough and everything tasted great. Arthur greeted us and set the tone for the stay. He was very welcoming and told us not only about the hotel facilities but offered upgrades that were available and made sure we were able to shop for great deals
