Some of the other guests, who were very polite, specifically one who parked directly in front of me, blocking my departure. Fortunately, he was polite and left me a message. Although I had planned for this, I did not need to contact him.

What seemed to be a long-time guest, complaining incessantly at the front desk, was handled well by the hotel staff. His complaining was disconcerting, but the other guests seemed to ignore it, so no harm, no foul.

"The location and room met my needs."

The room was clean and met my needs.

The breakfast was closed at 9:20 AM on a Saturday. Disappointed in that. My room was not away from doors or elevators as requested, and every time someone turned on the water, you could hear it loudly in my room. That started at about 4AM...

"Hotel was rated well, so I reserved. We found it very disappointing!"

Room was clean. Trailer parking was okay

I thought I was getting two queens. Got one. Difficult to regulate temperature. Breakfast was unattended and there were no instructions on heating the frozen selections. Morning clerk was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked for a room with a grab bar in the bath but was told at check in it would be impossible. Therefore, husband couldn't use shower.

Staff was great room was very comfortable and clean. Facilities were very pleasing and updated. Breakfast was plentious and varied to meet anyone's taste needs.
