"Excellent staff"

The night I stayed there was a blackout due to extremely high winds. The manager was exceptional! He had to let everyone into their rooms with hours master key because the electric key maker didn’t work. The power was on in the morning and they served an excellent breakfast. Thanks to the whole crew who were so polite and patient throughout.

The room was clean. The host when we arrived was pleasant and professional.

Our room had a double bed; who does that?? Also, the filtered water machine was inoperable in the breakfast room. Staff charged me $1 for a bottle of water.
