Room was dirty

Property was not well maintained.

Almost everything. The hotel next door was abandoned and boarded up… pretty sure this one will follow soon. Tv didn’t work because the internet was spotty and you had to use a streaming service.

It was close to the highway

Was in a bad neighborhood

Price was only thing good but others next to it were comparable.

Hotel had holes in walls and doors, smelled odd, did not offer breakfast as advertised on booking.com & staff was rude about that when I asked where breakfast was served in the morning, the floors were sticky in both hotel rooms my family had. Our bathroom had a toilet that came to my calves & I am 5 ft 6" it was very short a 6 ft guest but the other room had a regular height toilet. Our TV did not work when I called front desk she did not know how how to fix it and said she would have to come up and find a room the TV worked in then move us- by 9pm I called back told her nevermind we were staying in that room.

Everything else the beds were nasty yes there was a mattress cover but they were stained so so bad, the staff was nice but lazy and ignorant we went down stairs to tell them our phone in the room didn’t work because we tried to call them to tell them our remote wasn’t working we assumed it was the batteries they fully told us they didn’t have any batteries so we would need to go buy them our self I said can we get  reimbursed for the batteries she fully told us you can talk to your manager tomorrow IF they come in and they still probably won’t is what we were told! I couldn’t believe it I have stayed in many many hotels for my business and this was by far the absolute worst and the area was not good at all there were homeless people all around the back it was just creepy and that’s not on them by any means but I would never stay here again.
