I am going to reach out to the corporate office of choice rewards that this Econo Lodge franchises with the Ceo and possibly file a suit for discrimination. I moved to Kansas and left my apt behind in Dallas to tend to a sick family member in the process I did not have a place of my own im this state I traveled all the time from Leavenworth to this hotel specifically because of the great and phenomenal customer service smiles and welcoming staff but those owners have moved on I wondered why I dont see them anymore I didnt start having issues with front desk until the new people cane I just thought they was rude hired on staff I left several bad reviews on these particular people one lady who was rude alot lately Palau she changed she's sweet she kind she smiles those are the things people want to see especially someone investing thousands into this hotel way before these people ever set foot workinh here....I was a regular always felt welcome I became employed 5 min from the area recently decided to leave Leavenworth and just stay im the hotel for a good month on a weekly basis because my job is 5 min away....as soon as I make this decision all he'll breaks loose....I almost feel like I was asked to leave the hotel just to open up space for buisness people on the first floor...normally im thrown in a loud and dirty room with roaches etc once I finally find a quiet room I decided to keep on booking it something told me do it day fo day its actually cheaper but nope I paid few extra days...bad idea its honestly like I feel the more I stayed the less I was wanted here I go to work everyday to 5pm im noy causing no burden to the hotel...I hadn't done room service for says cause I work and dont want anyone in my room without me present I called for room service I popped my head out because I noticed the housekeeping I can here them just a talking and talking so loud but not working so I said when u done talking can u clean my room and they said no speak English idk if your on the list here comes the rude front desk who claim she owner now if its true what a Shame but she comes defensively like she's protecting them from me like im not here to cause trouble but I've dealt with supervising and customer service ive done housekeeping I had my own cleaning buisness yes I got high expectations it was a language barrier I came out to make it known I wated not just the sheets changed but yhe cover he extra blankets because I know hotels do not change those with every guest I know from personal experience as the guest I dont think thats to much to ask I just wanted to take care of it while it was my day off!! That alone was frustrating I feel it have no right to voice my concern yet I get answers to previous reveuws saying sorry you'll work on it but yet instead of offering better service I get a threat to leave I cant leave yet cause I already paid id next my money instantly to book a room some place else and who really has time for all that I didnt even want to deal with these folk I had a funny feeling I was gonna wash it all myself but decided no your paying u deserve a clean bed and room...now today its another issue thar just went downhill unexpectedly I called because the TV randomly stopped working normally I dont even watch TV but because im paying so much money lately ive decided let me catch up on my documentary I had no idea you tube worked well the TV up and was not connected to the wifi mysteriously im tech savvy I later figured it out te connected it but ironically only staff was connected to wifi interesting....one thing for I treat peiple how im treated these people do not value as the customer I was told on the phone that maintenance gone I can switch rooms my concern is this I have a lot of stuff nobody wants that hassle on their day off & if your in charge knowing how to operate TV should be a priority as well in the case its no maintenance or available room whatever it takes to accommodate the guest I hung the phone up thinking the conversation was over in clearly had a do not disturb on my door this lady kept calling the phone back excessively mad waltz up to the door saying I need to listen im rude abd disrespectful I said look its my day off I want rest forget the TV ill watch my phone and just stay out the way till I leave she mad saying you need to listen it was just a big nasty altercation more cause she in her feelings I asked for the supervisor she claim im in charge ok kool be in charge but if you want respect try value the customers!!! Im not here to combat i want what's right i shouldn't have to beg for good customer service is have a right to use my voice...what happen o the 1010 rules greeting the customer these people not all dont say good even miss such in such or have a good day or how was your day nothing just take your money when I go sign my papers everyone lately been nice its just one who funny acting and your in charge u set a bad atmosphere and name for the place its already folks complaing on rude stafff and non working tvs go the extra mile raise your bar and standards check all tvs etc and make sure things are always operative for the guest moving someone entire room for a TV is insane that's why I hung up like im paying al this money I felt harassed cause im checking on my room clean and specify my standards I got u beating on the room door threatening I can leave when ive paid good money here like no just a smile to a grumpy customer can go a long long long way the lady who is being nice e guess what im nice back I see she trying!! Treat peiplle right demand respect then value your customers my appreciation is being banned from the hotel by law as ive researched its got to be a legitimate reason a threat or security or damage to property I dont cause no trouble here I just post teveiws hoping they will make reasonable changes but I gave the place another chance cause I needed a place to go near work for convenience now this puts me in a bind. That phone waa raggedy anyways they need to check those too my last room the number 9 didnt even work thank God nobody had to call 911 ....im just really disappointed I don't understand businesses its all about money I feel its cause im black its a stereotype like if I was white you would do more tp assit but people look at you judge you can tell by the customer service I tried to explain how she comes across all she said was OK all she care about is her side not seeing mine its fine I dont recommend this hotel ive gone to Econo lodge many different states one thing I do know is this I've never had to drop a reveiw on any hotel or this many at that
