"What a DUMP"

I have stayed at this property several times This stay was horribly terrible Check-in / check-out personel where terrible No customer service experience at all Stayed in a different room than usual Broken window shades (no privacy) chipped porcelain in tub Do not think I will give this place another chance

It was just a room.

Trash can outside the door full inside the lobby full trash in the elevator trash in the hallway on the floor and it smelled like urine.
