Key Inn Roseville

As soon as we pulled in there was trash in the parking lot and people looked sketchy. Going inside rooms were not closed it smells like weed. A man put his arms around me. It was scary we were afraid.

It was good for what I paid

Hated the $100 deposit when I had already paid for the room

The room was really nasty house cleaning walked in our room multiple times with being let in. No ice machine working. Its seemed like a hoe house in my opinion

The breakfast was not as advertised, in the picture they showed hot plate options at least including a waffle maker. When we attempted breakfast there was barely anything left for grain options and the dredges of a gallon of milk for doing bowls of cereal. Ended up leaving the property to find breakfast as there was no refill service being offered and anytime a request was made at the desk it was responded with we will let them know. Not sure who they were letting me know but action was not taken by the staff when requests were made. The beds were comfortable enough the room left a lot to be desired the refrigerator appeared to not be working then was found to be unplugged and then when was plugged in froze everything in the fridge. The bathroom had cigarette stains in the bathtub like somebody to use the bathroom as a smoking Lounge at some point even though it's a smoke-free Hotel. The biggest discernment was the fact that there was no working ice machine on the entire property and it was a known issue at checkout that was not disclosed. A little bit of frustration with the cleaning staff locking the elevator up during the breakfast. As well so that they could get their cards under the correct floors allowing no one to use the elevator to get to the breakfast area from upper floors. I did not like anything about this dump. You really get what you pay for but way less. The 1st room I checked into, AC did not work and the temperature outside was 92. The bathroom tub was dirty and peeling up. The water pressure in the tub was not working. When I told the front desk about it they did nothing. I asked for wash cloths because there were none in the room. I asked for them again a hour later and he said it takes 2 hours to dry. I went in laundry room myself and there were wash cloths folded after he said there were no towels. He threatened to take my deposit because of how horrible my stay was. The service is not good at all. And being that I am in the hospitality field I kno how this works and I was treated like I didn’t pay money to stay in this dump. Every time I went to the desk it was guests complaining about something. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I CHECK OUT TOMORROW AND IF I DNT GET MY DEPOSIT BACK AFTER THE WAY I WAS TREATED AND ALL THE THINGS THATS WERE WRONG WITH THE ROOMS AND SERVICE, I will make bad reviews until the place is shut down. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
