Key Inn Roseville

The room was dirty and was in a deplorable condition. Urine on the floor in the bathroom, tub covered with dirt residue and the sink had scum and hair. Tried to address the room issue with the management and was assured the room would be cleaned. An attempt to clean the room occurred on the last day of our stay and when checking out was charged the full amount. Management disregarded the follow up emails and phone calls. Facility and management not professional and not reputable. Stay Away!

Didn't like that a facility staff asked me which room I was in, with no report of a room problem made by me. It was asked in a casual chat frame, as the slow elevator took a long time to get to level 3. The next day, that same staff asked an inappropriate question again, about me going to work during the day, and followed me off the elevator on level 3, to check something. It felt like he was still trying to figure out which room was mine, as I noted he watched which room I went to. Desk staff seemed to respond attentively and immediately to my report of the about incidents. I did not get any follow up, though I doubt more information was needed from me. They were checking cameras as I left for work.

100$ deposit and extremely sketchy hotel. Backrooms style for sure.
