"Not the best"

The dinosaur decor was cool.

The AC rattled all night long. I couldn't connect to the wifi. The whole place just looked run down.

Good breakfast. My kids were very excited by the dinosaur stuff in the lobby.

We had a suite but they left no pillows for the pullout couch for our son and 'weren't allowed' to give us extra. There was no soap or shampoo. The night staff was particularly unhelpful and rude if we had any questions. Heard the cleaning staff talking poorly about guests when they thought I wouldn't understand in Spanish. There were random stains on the carpet of our room. Overall kind of a gross, unrelaxing stay. I guess you get what you pay for and nothing else.

"Not the best experience"

Not the first choice would pick in area. Usually don't stay at BW. Booked due to wedding party being booked there for shuttle bus services. Elevator does not work and could not accommadate ADA guests on first floor there for a wedding party. Some Had to change hotels but still charged them for first night. Booked 2 rooms for my party & recvd 2 separate bills of about $100.00 difference. Disappointed since we had a block of rooms booked.

"Lacking…"

Our stay was less than mediocre. I had high hopes for this hotel and loved the idea of the dinosaur theme. The lobby area was neat in that aspect, but that was probably the highlight of the hotel. The pool area smelled of rotten eggs/ sewage, and all the other amenities it was supposed to have were nonexistent. They didn’t have the dinosaur dig area open for kids or any of the other games they claimed to have. Our tv in our room also didn’t work. Overall I wouldn’t stay again or recommend to others.
