Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. Our trip started off very stressful due to major airline disruptions that caused us to arrive extremely late and exhausted. Despite that, the hotel team completely turned things around for us. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth, professionalism, and care. A special thank you the front office/operations team for going above and beyond. Even with our very late arrival, they were attentive, efficient, and made sure we were comfortable immediately. That level of hospitality made a huge difference after a long and frustrating travel day. The property itself is very comfortable, convenient for airport travel, and well maintained. Rooms were clean and quiet, and the overall experience felt seamless despite the late arrival and short stay. What stood out most was the service, the staff truly made us feel taken care of, and that is what turned a difficult travel experience into a genuinely positive stay. We are very grateful and would absolutely stay here again when flying through SFO.

The Hyatt Regency in Burlingame hosts the KublaCon Prime gaming convention, which I attend each year. The hotel is a very lovely setting, with its open-aired design, particularly the Atrium level. The rooms are clean and well-attended, and the ballrooms offer an excellent space for thousands of spirited gamers. The staff are all very friendly, and it is a pleasant experience to see them year after year, indicating they they are well-treated. The only negatives (for me) is the pricing of the food; everything is expensive, though I do realize prices have gone up everywhere, not just the Hyatt. The cheeseburgers & fries to go are tasty, but simply not worth $30. All of the food is delicious, but simply too expensive. I bring my own supply of deli sandwiches, pasta salad and snacks for each day, just so I can reduce my food bill at the end of my stay. I also bring a cooler filled with non-alchoholic beverages just so I can avoid the 360 Bistro Market all together, which charges two to three times the normal cost. The rooms are clean and pleasant, though I personally find the fan and air conditioner "gutless". I also have to request an external fan to regulate the temperature in the room, particulary in that it is not possible to open the windows. The fan is at no cost, but it is very large and not exactly quiet. I think I will bring my own fan from now on. Overall it is a pleasant experience, and I look forward to future stays.

The hotel was very clean, the check-in experience was quick and painless. I would have liked a few more creamers in the room, and the sweetener I used (Splenda) wasn't replenished, but those were easily accessible in the Atrium. The Mediterranean grilled cheese sandwich I had for lunch one day was excellent. The fruit was fresh, which isn't always the case in cafes.

As a globalist i travel a lot and stay at a lot of Hyatts, because they typically give a great product. Sadly this hotel is the exception to the rule. I had an unpleasant experience from check-in to check-out, with bad food, bad service, bad product. Not a disaster (I wasn't robbed at gunpoint in the obby), but just an experience bad enought to take the time to tell you abotu it. There is a grand Hatt next door that gets rave reviews - wish i had known that before i booked.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and well furnished. The bedding was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

It's close to airport and that is prettty much it. Other than that the front desk staff was rude. Frankly, she acted like every question you ask her and she's doing you a huge favor. In room facilities are old and most disappointedly, the bathroom was so messy. Towels were thrown on the counter randomly. I was appalled. And when I asked hotel staff to send someone to help me with the hairdryer, and needless to say that person never even showed up. What a disappoint.

Other than the proximity to airpoint, I wouldn't recommend anyone staying at this hotel. Frankly, receptionist was very rude and uncalled for. 便利なところだが、訪問先にも近く近くに散歩道もあるので活用できた。

何かのイベントがあり、非常にうるさく落ち着くことができなかった。設備が古く料金的にはお得感がないのと、役員との出張でアメニティがなかったため、このレベルのホテルでサービスの悪さを感じた。

Close to the airport. Has airport shuttle. Beautiful atrium in center of building and good restaurant!
