Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

Very good experience. Service is superb not like other hotels in and around. They are not strict stringent and very flexible. Location is beautiful. Staffs are very welcoming and courteous.

This is a beautiful hotel. Has a grand atrium with dining area. Some rooms face the atrium. There is no dining near the hotel. So need to use what's inside. The rooms are spacious and nice. Close to the airport so free shuttle quick.

Bed was comfortable

Cost was awful, drains to shower and sink were clogged and slow to drain.

This large Hyatt is ideal for staying near the airport. It offers a free airport shuttle that runs frequently between all terminals at SFO and the Hyatt. Our room on the 8th floor was stylish and clean. The windows are very well insulated and do not open. The air conditioning is really very quiet, so you can sleep well. We really liked the pillows and duvets. Our room on the 8th floor faced Highway 101, and we really liked it. The windows did not open and were relatively well insulated. Traffic noise was barely audible, and it got quiet at night. We slept well and liked the pillows and duvets. The bathroom was okay. The drain in the shower was a bit clogged, and the water drained slowly. However, the water pressure was just barely acceptable. There was a nightlight in the bathroom, and the towels were also pleasantly soft. The breakfast buffet was really great! It was served in the hotel’s atrium (inner courtyard). There was a wide variety of options, including fresh pollock, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, and fruit. You could also have an omelet made to order. The atmosphere and the earthenware dishes added to the positive experience. There was no plastic tableware. The staff was attentive but not intrusive. You can easily stay here for several nights. The hotel offers a free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. It runs fairly frequently, so you hardly have to wait. This service is also used by many pilots and crew members who stay here. Parking is available, but it costs a small fortune per night (around $40–50).

Location was good with a decent parking garage (paid). The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Rooms were clean, and the cost was comparable to other hotels of this level. While mostly quiet, the hallways allow for a lot of noise into the room, loud door closing, and loud people. In-house food was pricey, but from what I hear was decent, just not for the price. Plenty of places to eat, not too far of a drive away.

Breakfast was lovely. Staff were familiar with gluten allergy and offered GF toast to complement the buffet. Everything was labeled nicely, and the hot options were good.
