Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

I was very disappointed with my stay. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you need a good night rest. The beds were the most uncomfortable springy wafers I have ever encountered. I even contemplated sleeping in my car.

Staff very friendly and helpful went during a dance convention and they definitely didn't have enough restaurant staffing or housekeeping to keep up with the needs of bathrooms and food orders, which was the same experience as last time, so this is not a new event they were expecting.

[Globalist member] For the 2nd time in 2 weeks, (last time I waited 45+ minutes for the shuttle starting at 1:00am) I had a completely unreasonable wait for the hotel shuttle. This time, I waited from 1:15am and did not get to the hotel until 2:05am. I called the hotel and the front desk agent gave the 'exact same excuse' as she gave me 9 days earlier (when the shuttle was also delayed 45+ mins) "oh, the driver is still at the International terminal, but if you want to take an Uber, we will pay for it" note: If you have ever taken an Uber from SFO, you know that is it a 15 min walk from outside of T3 to the central Uber pick up area (top floor of short term parking) .. yeah, great suggestion after we had already been waiting 40+ mins In addition, there were 5 people in line (not the problem) and your front desk agent decided to 'call random groups forward' (e.g. any flight crew, please come forward.. so 9 (literally 9) flight crew, ALL of whom had just showed up, went right to the front .. Then she decided to call 'anyone here for parking?' and another 5 people 'jumped the line.' I am sure she felt better because she got 'her' line shorter, but I guess, who cares about the people that were already waiting for 15+ minutes (at 2:15 in the morning) On top of the above, I asked the front desk agent to have the manager call me in the morning .. Today is Thursday (I checked out at 5:30am Monday, yes, I was only in the room for 3 hrs) and no phone call. I have stayed at this hotel 10+ times in the last 12 months, arriving ~1:00am every time, 'because the late night shuttle 'works' (i.e. leaving the hotel every 30 mins, throughout the night). I am scheduled to stay at this hotel again next week (I would cancel my reservation, if I could cancel without being charged).

Very Nice hotel. Beds are comfortable. A/C works. Airport shuttle was convenient. The breakfast was expensive but good...

All of the food is impressive and staff is exceptionally professional. No issues experienced, and our entire convention was well-supported by this venue.

Great service, beautiful facilities. The shuttle service was a great plus (not only to/from airport but also downtown)
