"Good stay overall but there were some deficits not expected with such a fancy hotel."

Half the staff was friendly, the other half aloof. It was the smallest closet I ever saw in a hotel, maybe 2 ft wide. Excellent food and affordable. Great help getting our luggage to the room, friendly staff on that end. Some hidden fees. Water was provided with cups at several locations. And they said it was filtered. NIce pool area.

More smiles at the check-in desk would be welcoming. Greet everyone with a smile. Why have an early check=in price when it's good to spread out the arrivals? Very hard to get out of parking without paying twice, once on the bill and to get out--hard to manuver. We had to get the manager.

"Nice hotel in need of updates."

The building is very interesting, with a big central area with lots of light. It is a nice hotel in need of updates. The carpets are old, the doors are cracked, and the tables are chipped. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean, but also in need of updates. The restaurant is below average, the food is ok but nothing special, and it takes forever to arrive. The waiters are very friendly. The shuttle service could be better.

"Not likely to return. Disappointing"

Overall it did not meet my expectations and was not good value for money. Very ordinary , nothing special at all. Mold in shower. Dark carpet, no slippers. Not much in bathroom amenities. But nice towels. Bed comfortable. Could not get WiFi connected. Guests in hallway could be heard clearly. Awkward hallway in room making it difficult to manouver luggage and bathroom far away for any middle of the night visit. I will not likely return.

Customer service was great. However, the room was not very clean. There were empty water bottles in the room from previous guests, and the linen looked like they were a bit soiled; the shower curtain was filthy

"Great Stay"

Hotel is in a great location, plenty of dining nearby and shopping as well. Hotel has plenty of amenities, so you don't have to go far. Staff all so friendly and helpful. Hotel very well maintained.
