Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

Very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The bathroom was extremely dirty when I arrived, and I had to call reception to have someone come clean it. Although it looked better afterward, the next morning I noticed the toilet was still dirty under the seat. There were also stains in the bathroom that clearly had not been properly cleaned. I took photos of everything. The service was just as frustrating. I was told breakfast would be complimentary, but my card was later charged for it, and the charge was even labeled as lunch. I was also told my email and card were only needed for check-in, yet the hotel later used my email to send promotional messages. I did not consent to marketing emails, rewards enrollment, or any other promotional content. Overall, this experience felt careless and unprofessional. Cleanliness, billing accuracy, and guest privacy should all be basic standards.

Tried to get a good night's sleep before a long international flight. I was awakened at 7:15am by loud music by the pool. The thumping bass sound was shaking the window. I called the front desk and received the usual apology. Nothing was done except for a printed "sorry for the noise" card under my door. If you want a good night sleep, this isn't the hotel for you.

This has been a fantastic stay. I am a Hyatt globalist and Yesenia helped me secure the upgrade to suite seamlessly. Enjoyed the free breakfast and parking. This hotel is absolutely my preferred one whenever I travel to SF.

Check-in was a breeze. Don at the hyatt reward desk was so welcoming and kind. The room darkening screens blocked every bit of light. My room was quiet and comfortable. Such a great getaway.

I like how it was by the water. The staff is super friendly.

There isn’t a lot of food places around that are walkable.

We stayed one night between the overnight flights. Check in was smooth, hotel was renovated. Room is ok, but knowing the rates and locations, we were very happy with it. Shuttle was prompt and easy to get back to terminal. Atrium has very nice looking restaurants, wish we ate there!
